By accessing or using Novos Leaf, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms apply to all users including patients, medical providers, dispensary operators, and cultivators.
You must be 18 years of age or older, or a registered medical cannabis patient in your jurisdiction, to use Novos Leaf. Medical providers must hold valid licensure in the state(s) in which they practice. Dispensary operators and cultivators must hold valid state-issued cannabis business licenses. Novos Leaf reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.
Novos Leaf is a technology platform, not a healthcare provider. Content on this platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Novos AI recommendations are intended to assist — not replace — the judgment of licensed healthcare professionals.
Cannabis has not been approved by the FDA for any medical condition. Cannabis may have intoxicating effects and may be habit-forming. Do not operate a vehicle or heavy machinery while under the influence. Keep cannabis away from children and pets. Use only where legally permitted.
Licensed medical providers using the Novos Leaf telemedicine platform are solely responsible for all clinical decisions and patient care. Providers represent that they hold current, valid licensure in all jurisdictions in which they practice. Providers must comply with all applicable state telehealth and cannabis medicine laws. Novos Leaf does not employ, supervise, or direct licensed providers.
You may not use Novos Leaf to: provide false information or impersonate another person; access the platform from a jurisdiction where cannabis is fully prohibited; use the AI recommendations as a substitute for professional medical advice; attempt to circumvent age verification or access controls; reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform; or violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.
All content, features, and functionality of Novos Leaf — including but not limited to Novos AI, the platform design, source code, and documentation — are owned by Novos Leaf and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novos Leaf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Novos Leaf's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Jacksonville, Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
